COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Kop Flex SPR-016766, BSAR 3X3954 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Link-Belt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Link-Belt parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lamons-Gasket-Company product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Link-Belt such as the 160 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CSEB22432H manufactured by Link-Belt and we are pleased to be able to service most Link-Belt systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature R45304Oval by Manufacturer Lamons-Gasket-Company as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kop-Flex Brand SB1206 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Love-Joy such as SE18 equipment made by Love-Joy have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Love-Joy products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Love-Joy" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D120B26H made by Martin as well as the popular D140B16158 original spares produced by Martin Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3B74SK by Martin and SE18 spares by Love-Joy are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2HFHUB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kop-Flex. |
